My first opening batsman is Viru and I would love to watch him to start the innings with a boundary.
He is the real man who invented the upper cut shot and the most destructive batsman I have ever seen.

2) Herschelle Gibbs

I'm pretty sure that this duo of Viru and Gibbs will be a nightmare to the seamers. He is the First man to hit 6 sixes in an over. Best opening hard hitter.

3) Ricky Ponting (C)

Two world cups and number of winning trophies as a Captain. I always want to have a such Great Captain and a Legendary player in my team.

4) Virat Kohli

Surprisingly I have him in my team. Haha.... It's ok with him. He will be backing the team if the top order fails.

5) Glenn Maxwell

Great fielder and perfect all rounder . One of my all time favourite player.

6)  Jacques Kallis


Sachin + stuart broad =  Kallis

7) Adam Gilchrist (WK)

Gilly you are the Perfect Gloveman and you are terrific especially in the last overs.

8) Brett Lee

Best third man fielder and he has all the capabilities to break the partnership in middle of the innings & great trickster whom I want to use in the penultimate series of overs in an innings.

9) Daniel Vettori

Arm Ball expert and great inspiration for left arm spinners. He has a great mind and always plays with the batsman's assiduity.

10) Glenn McGrath

Then I have my opening bowler and he is none other than Glenn McGrath. He is Everyones Favourite bowler. Once a cricket coach asked me that whom would I take as an inspiration as a bowler then without a thought I told it as Glenn McGrath. He is the only man to prove that accuracy is the main key for a bowler to posses but not speed.

11) James Anderson

His skills were outstanding and he is the king of new ball. In my opinion it's a boon for the England Cricket team to have such a legend in their team.
